About Us

We’re a family owned and run builders operating in and around Sunderland. We have worked on properties new and old, big and small and even created homes where there once wasn’t one. We pride ourselves in completing work to the highest standard, to prove it we have an average rating of 9.93 across 50 ratings on Checked and Vetted and have recently been approved to join the Federation of Master Builders.

Over the years we’ve realised growth isn’t everything and pride ourselves on being a small team able to achieve a high level of service. I (Michael) am on site everyday meaning, if you have a question you don’t have far to go to get your answer.

We’re a modern building firm, which means our staff are professional, friendly, polite, well presented and knowledgeable, but with an old school work ethic.
