• If you call, I’ll usually ask you to send me a text with your name and address on so I have a point of contact to arrange a meeting

We offer free quotes on properties you currently own or rent. If you’d like us to visit a property you’re thinking about buying or renting we charge £89 plus VAT. If you then proceed with work from us on that particular property within 6 months of your appointment date, this would be refunded from the bill. Contact us to book an arrange payment

We are unable to give “ballpark figures”. We understand this can be frustrating, but there are too many variables to consider.
